### The Opportunity

Entertainment is a $2.5 trillion global industry, yet its financing remains archaic: opaque waterfalls, gatekept by studios, and entirely illiquid for private investors. RedCarpetHQ is building the first decentralized exchange and DeFi protocol purpose-built for entertainment intellectual property (IP).

We do not run a crowdfunding platform. We operate a financial infrastructure layer that transforms film, TV, and entertainment projects into **tokenized, tradeable, yield-bearing assets** — complete with native secondary markets, automated lending, algorithmic risk pricing, and direct profit distribution.
