RedCarpetHQ: The AI-Powered Exchange for Tokenized Entertainment Profits

The Opportunity

Entertainment is a $2.5 trillion global industry, yet its financing remains archaic: opaque waterfalls, gatekept by studios, and entirely illiquid for private investors. RedCarpetHQ is building the first decentralized exchange and DeFi protocol purpose-built for entertainment intellectual property (IP).

We do not run a crowdfunding platform. We operate a financial infrastructure layer that transforms film, TV, and entertainment projects into tokenized, tradeable, yield-bearing assets — complete with native secondary markets, automated lending, algorithmic risk pricing, and direct profit distribution.

Revenue Model

  • 2.5% Trading Fee on every marketplace transaction
  • Protocol Interest Share from vault lending activity
  • Fee Distribution: 40% Treasury, 40% Trading Contests, 10% Vault, 10% Producer

    • The model aligns all stakeholders: traders earn rewards, lenders earn APY, producers earn passive fee income, and the protocol earns sustainably without taxing fundraising.
